Hello, I hope to serve your Lancaster Home Inspection needs. I'm a professional
Home Inspector with well over a decade of experience. It's my pleasure and duty to
inform you about your home inspection. Lancaster CA and the Antelope Valley are
my home too. I care about the service I provide, If you'll allow me, I will provide the
best home inspection service in Lancaster and it's surrounding communities

If I've worked for you before, thanks for considering me again, a lot of people are
repeat customers. Along with some other information spread over the site, I've tried
to put a list together of things to consider if you're calling or "surfing" around.

Some of these items are not to pat myself on the back, but how do you know who
you're hiring? My site is here quite frankly to inform you about your Lancaster Home
Inspector and hopefully sell, if you will, my services and self to you!


So here goes, some points to consider when shopping for a home inspector:

  • I stay busy as a Home Inspector when others don't, why do you think that is?
  • There's no licensing of home inspectors. It's hard to believe this, I'm sure. If someone
    claims to be licensed as a Home Inspector in California, they're lying. How can
    you be sure who is coming in your home? An offender of some sort? Who knows,
    maybe a criminal. I'm none of those things.
  • As I've mentioned in my site. I'm a licensed building contractor. Although I don't
    work on homes I've inspected. Isn't it nice to know you're dealing with a professional?
    I've been fingerprinted, background checked and so on.
  • I've been in the construction and inspection industry for well over a decade now.
  • I'm knowledgeable and experienced.
  • I have no obligation to anyone except my clients. I'm an independent
    inspector and not a franchise. If I see something, I call it like it is!
  • I'm not the cheapest.... sorry, I'm reasonable and affordable though. Do you
    REALLY want a bargain inspector who is likely out of work from something
    else?? These guys pop-up all the time and then go away. That sounds harsh I
    realize, but it's true. I run into people that have no idea what they are doing and no
    business taking your money! I DO take that personally, it's bad for my trade. Hire a
    professional, you won't be sorry you did!
  • I'm insured
  • I'm a member of one of the toughest (and least liked by the way) Home
    Inspection organizations. NACHI. I don't sweet talk anyone like some of the
    other organizations, just ask about NACHI. They'll tell you to hire someone
    else, I'm sure. :-). Nachi members like myself have some of the best resources for
    continuing education out there...period! I have electrical, commercial building, roofing
    and many more certificates earned.
